*Monthly Membership Rules

1. 🚗 Registered Vehicle
Each membership applies to the selected registered vehicle(s).

2. 🌊 Wave & Storm
Wave and Storm include 5 washes per registered vehicle per monthly billing period.

*3. 👑 Tsunami
*Tsunami includes unlimited washes during the active membership period, subject to a Fair Use Policy of up to 20 washes per monthly billing cycle

4. 🔄 Monthly Reset
Wash allowances reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused washes do not roll over.

5. 💳 Monthly Payment
Membership fees are paid monthly in advance.

6. ❌ No Sharing
Memberships cannot be shared or transferred between vehicles.

7. 📅 Cancellation
Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the following monthly charge.

8. 🚿 Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must meet Aqua Wave's wash-entry requirements.

9. ⚠️ Misuse
Misuse, attempted sharing or commercial use of personal memberships may result in suspension.

10. 🚕 Commercial Vehicles
Taxi, rental, delivery and fleet vehicles require a separate business membership.

11. 📸 License Plate Verification

Membership usage is monitored through license plate recognition and vehicle verification systems. Only registered vehicles may utilize membership benefits.

12. 🔧 Service Interruptions

Aqua Wave reserves the right to temporarily suspend wash services due to maintenance, equipment issues, weather conditions, force majeure events, or operational requirements.
